Where we ship: the United States. Processing time: 1 to 3 business days (no weekends or holidays). Delivery time: most orders arrive 8 to 15 business days after shipping. Many products ship from overseas partners, and larger items can take longer. These are estimates, not guarantees. Shipping costs: shown at checkout before you pay. Any free-shipping offer will be stated on the product page or at checkout. Tracking: you get a tracking number by email when your order ships. Updates can take 2 to 5 days to appear. Address errors: check your address carefully. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly. Lost or delayed: if tracking has not updated for 10 days, or your order has not arrived within 25 business days, email us with your order number and we will investigate, reship or refund where appropriate.
